- Chicken salad trays — 12 oz and 16 oz portions, served with crackers. The one people request by name.
- Hot dog & nacho spreads — All-beef dogs, Rotel queso and chips set up for a crowd.
- Ice cream nacho bar — Waffle chips, scoops, drizzles and every topping — build-your-own, always a hit.
- Lemonade & punch dispensers — Peaceful Punch and flavored lemonade by the batch, 11 flavors to pick from.
